What's On Board Hollywood Buses
Not every Hollywood group trip needs the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a flat-panel TV setup, premium sound with Bluetooth, and a full-length bar area — the right call for a birthday night that starts on the bus and ends on the Broadwalk. A minibus brings comfortable reclining seats and serious A/C — ideal for wedding guest shuttles between the Diplomat Beach Resort and a venue in Coral Gables, where the highway stretch on I-95 can surprise out-of-town guests.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage storage bays and onboard restrooms, which makes the difference on longer hauls to Miami or day trips to the Florida Keys. Amenities vary by vehicle — that's exactly why comparing options first pays off.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 305-443-8831 before booking.
Hollywood Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Hollywood party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle type, date, and how many hours you need — so a planning range is a starting point, not a contract. To give you a real-world frame: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 30-passenger party bus runs $300–$375/hour on weekdays, $325–$425 on weekends.
A charter bus for a big Seminole Hard Rock event or airport transfer runs $200–$350/hour regardless of day. Per-day rates give groups an even better value — visit the Hollywood party bus prices page for the full breakdown.
The real number for your specific date, your specific headcount, and your specific itinerary takes about a minute to get. Call 305-443-8831 or use the online form — pricing comes back fast, and there's zero obligation to book.

Your Shortcut to the Right Hollywood Party Bus
Here's the simple case: Hollywood, Florida sits between two major airports, right next to one of the highest-grossing casino resorts in the country, and hosts tens of thousands of visitors on any given weekend. Transportation logistics here — I-95 backups, US-1 congestion through the beach corridor, Seminole Hard Rock event traffic on Stirling Road — can turn a great night into a frustrating one fast if the group is splitting up into separate cars or chasing rideshares at midnight.
Partybusdavie.com makes it easy to sidestep all of that. One form. One call.
Instant pricing from a network of transportation companies serving Hollywood and all of Broward County. You're not locked into a single fleet, which means you get more vehicle options, more price points, and a better shot at finding exactly what fits your group. No account needed.
No obligation on a free quote. Instant results online, or a real person at 305-443-8831 every day of the year. That's it.
Group Transportation Options in Hollywood
From airport transfers and Seminole Hard Rock concert shuttles to wedding shuttles, bachelorette parties, prom, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Hollywood, a bus in the network is ready for it.

Hollywood Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (100 Terminal Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315) sits roughly 4 miles north of Hollywood's city center — close enough that the drive looks simple on a map, but ground-level reality tells a different story. Terminal exits funnel onto Perimeter Road toward I-595 or US-1, and during peak morning and evening windows, that stretch backs up significantly. For a group of 20 or more arriving on the same flight, managing luggage across multiple rideshare apps at a busy curbside is its own kind of stress.
A Hollywood airport shuttle bus rental through Partybusdavie.com puts one vehicle at the curb when your group exits baggage claim — everyone loads at once, luggage goes in undercarriage bays, and the ride to your Hollywood hotel or the Seminole Hard Rock is already handled. For cruise groups connecting to FLL from PortMiami or Port Everglades, a charter bus covers that 4-mile Port Everglades-to-FLL run without the scramble. Call 305-443-8831 to get your airport shuttle quote locked in.

Hollywood Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Hollywood's Broadwalk — the 2.5-mile oceanfront promenade running along A1A from Sheridan Street south to Georgia Street — is one of Broward County's busiest nightlife strips, lined with open-air bars, restaurants, and live music from early evening into the early morning hours. Popular stops include Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort (1111 N Ocean Dr) for rooftop drinks, Bokamojo (600 N Broadwalk) for a beach bar vibe, and Billy's Stone Crab for dinner before the night gets going. Parking anywhere near the Broadwalk on a Friday or Saturday is close to impossible — metered spots along A1A fill by 7pm and the nearest garages are a 10-minute walk from the best bars.
A Hollywood bachelorette party bus rental drops the group curbside at each stop and moves with your itinerary instead of a fixed rideshare schedule. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the right fit for most Broadwalk nights — LED lighting, sound system, and enough room for the whole squad. Call 305-443-8831 to get pricing for your date.

Hollywood Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Hollywood and the surrounding Broward County communities have a strong tradition of milestone celebrations — quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and milestone adult birthdays — and the right arrival makes the whole night. A party bus entrance at a venue like Ocean Manor Beach Resort or any of the banquet halls along Stirling Road and Taft Street sets the tone from the moment the doors open.
A Hollywood birthday party bus rental in the 15-to-40 passenger range covers most celebration groups, with color-changing LED lighting and onboard sound that makes the ride part of the night. For quinceañera groups with formal attire, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is an elegant fit — leather interior, individual reading lights, tinted windows. White or black exteriors are often available; just mention the preference when you call 305-443-8831 or fill out the quote form.
Pricing comes back in under a minute and there's no obligation to book.

Hollywood Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) hosts some of the biggest touring names in the country at Hard Rock Live Hollywood, a 7,000-capacity amphitheater-style venue. On concert nights, Stirling Road and State Road 7 around the casino property see heavy inbound traffic for hours before showtime — and the surface lots surrounding the property fill early. Groups driving separately end up parked across different lots, and finding everyone at the same exit after the final encore is a genuine coordination nightmare.
A Hollywood concert party bus rental solves that cleanly: one pickup point, one vehicle, one drop-off at the Hard Rock Live entrance, and one staging area while your group is inside. The Seminole Hard Rock property has space for oversized vehicles on the eastern lots off Seminole Way. Book a Hollywood concert bus rental before the on-sale date sells out the venue — call 305-443-8831.

Hollywood Corporate Event Transportation
The Diplomat Beach Resort (3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) hosts major corporate conferences and conventions year-round, with over 200,000 square feet of meeting space. The resort sits directly on A1A — a two-lane beachfront road with zero shoulder and extremely limited day parking — meaning any group of employees or clients arriving by car is going to spend 20 minutes circling before they even reach the entrance on a busy event day.
A Hollywood corporate event charter bus rental loads your team from a downtown Fort Lauderdale hotel or Miami office, drops at the Diplomat's porte-cochère, and stages nearby so the return trip is equally clean. For smaller executive groups transferring between FLL and the Diplomat — roughly 9 miles via US-1 — a Sprinter van keeps the cost low while the A/C and quiet cabin keep the experience right. Call 305-443-8831 to discuss shuttle contracts and multi-day corporate packages, or compare options instantly online.

Hollywood Private Event Transportation Services
Two events reliably turn Hollywood's road network into a coordination challenge. The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade each December draws more than a million spectators along the New River and the Intracoastal Waterway from Fort Lauderdale south through Hollywood — US-1 and A1A both see extended closure periods, and street parking disappears hours before the parade begins. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at a viewing spot and stages nearby while everyone else is stuck hunting for parking on Federal Highway.
The Hollywood Jazz Festival, held annually at ArtsPark at Young Circle (1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL 33020), pulls large crowds into a park with extremely limited adjacent parking — the surrounding street grid near US-1 and Hollywood Boulevard fills within the first hour of gates opening. A Hollywood private event charter bus handles the logistics so the group arrives together and on time. Call 305-443-8831 for event-specific availability.

Hollywood Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Broward County high schools — South Broward, Hollywood Hills, Chaminade-Madonna, and McArthur among them — typically schedule proms between late April and mid-May, and demand for party buses across the county spikes sharply within that six-week window. A 20-passenger party bus booked in January for a May prom runs significantly less than the same vehicle booked in March, when availability tightens and rates climb.
For prom: book no later than February. Waiting until spring costs real money or leaves your group with limited options. Hollywood prom and homecoming party bus rentals in the 15-to-28 passenger range are the most common fit for school groups, and comparing options early gives you the most choices.
Call 305-443-8831 as soon as your prom date is confirmed — availability fills faster than most groups expect.

Hollywood School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of Hollywood most often head to one of three destinations: Everglades National Park (about 50 miles southwest on US-1 through Homestead), the Museum of Discovery and Science (401 SW 2nd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 — roughly 8 miles north on I-95), or Markham Park (16001 W State Road 84, Sunrise, FL 33326) for environmental education programs. Each involves a highway stretch where a charter bus is simply the safer, more organized option versus a caravan of parent vehicles.
A Hollywood school event charter bus keeps the full group together from school pickup to the venue and back, with overhead storage for lunchboxes, equipment bags, and backpacks. For longer drives to Everglades National Park, onboard restrooms on select charter buses eliminate the need for mid-trip stops. ADA-accessible buses are available through the network — mention the requirement when you request your quote at 305-443-8831.

Hollywood Sporting Event Transportation
Fan groups heading to Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) for Dolphins games face a consistent problem: it's 17 miles south on I-95, and the highway regularly backs up from I-595 south to the stadium exits on game day. Rideshare pickup post-game is in Lot 44 at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates — and surge pricing after a Monday Night Football game can easily run $80–$120 per person. A Hollywood charter bus rental solves both: your group boards together near home, the bus parks in the stadium's commercial vehicle area, and the return trip is already waiting.
Fans heading to Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) for Panthers games face a different challenge — the arena is 20 miles west on I-595, and the intersection of I-595 and Flamingo Road is one of Broward's worst post-game bottlenecks. A Hollywood sporting event bus rental gets your group there and back without the parking math. Call 305-443-8831.

Hollywood Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding guests staying at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort (1111 N Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) or the Diplomat Beach Resort (3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) and heading to a ceremony or reception venue inland — say, a Davie ranch property or a Coral Gables estate — are looking at a 30-to-45 minute drive each way on US-1 or I-95 depending on traffic. Asking those guests to coordinate Ubers in formalwear, especially after an open-bar reception, is the kind of logistical gap that creates real wedding-day stress.
A Hollywood wedding shuttle bus rental stages at the hotel, runs timed departures to the ceremony, and brings everyone back after the last dance. A minibus fits most hotel-block groups neatly — climate-controlled, comfortable, no one left behind. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right-sized fit.
Call 305-443-8831 to build a custom wedding shuttle plan.

Hollywood Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
South Florida's craft brewery scene has expanded significantly in the last several years, and Hollywood sits within easy reach of some of Broward County's best stops. Funky Buddha Brewery (1201 NE 38th St, Oakland Park, FL 33334) — about 9 miles north on US-1 — is one of the region's most visited craft breweries with a large taproom and rotating seasonal releases. Invasive Species Brewing (2864 Stirling Rd, Hollywood, FL 33020) is right in Hollywood, making it a natural anchor stop.
Continue east to Tap 42 Craft Kitchen & Bar in Fort Lauderdale, or head south to sample the Miami brewery scene — the itinerary is yours to build.
A Hollywood pub crawl party bus rental stages at your first stop and moves with the group from brewery to brewery — no one has to be the designated driver, no one gets separated, and parking at each taproom is a non-issue. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus fits most craft beer crawl groups. Call 305-443-8831 to get pricing for your itinerary.

You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Hollywood?
Hollywood party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, your date, and how many hours you need. As planning ranges: a 20-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$350/hour on weekdays and $275–$350 on weekends. A 40-passenger party bus runs $300–$350/hour weekdays and $325–$500 on weekends.
A charter bus runs $200–$350/hour regardless of day. These are planning ranges, not quotes — your exact pricing for your specific date and itinerary takes about a minute to get. Call 305-443-8831 or fill out the form.
Where exactly does a bus drop off at Hard Rock Live Hollywood?
Hard Rock Live (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino property. Commercial vehicles and charter buses approach via Seminole Way from Stirling Road and can access the main casino drop-off loop on the east side of the property. The Hard Rock Live venue entrance is a short walk from that drop-off point.
On busy event nights, the surrounding surface lots fill well before showtime — review the official Seminole Hard Rock parking page before your visit to confirm current lot assignments and any event-night road closures on Stirling Road.
How does a bus handle pickup at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport?
At FLL, commercial buses and prearranged ground transportation use the lower-level curbside on the Arrivals level of each terminal. The standard process: have your group gather all luggage and assemble at the agreed terminal door before calling for the vehicle to pull forward — FLL's curbside moves quickly and commercial vehicles can't idle. Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 each have their own arrival lane; confirm your terminal with the group coordinator before landing.
The official FLL ground transportation page has current curbside and commercial vehicle guidance.
When is the busiest time of year to book a party bus in Hollywood?
Three windows drive the biggest demand spikes in Hollywood: prom season (late April through mid-May), the Seminole Hard Rock's major concert and boxing event schedule (year-round but especially heavy in fall and winter), and Winterfest Boat Parade weekend each December. During those windows, vehicles book out weeks earlier than normal and rates trend toward the top of their ranges. If your trip falls near any of these windows, getting a quote sooner rather than later is genuinely worth it.
Can I rent a bus for a one-way trip — airport to hotel, or hotel to venue?
Yes. One-way transfers are available through the network — they're especially common for airport-to-hotel runs between FLL and the Hollywood beachfront, and for post-event rides home from Hard Rock Live or Amerant Bank Arena when the group is ready to call it a night. Mention one-way when you fill out the form or call 305-443-8831 and the quote will be built around your specific itinerary.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Hollywood?
For most events outside peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable. For prom (book by February at the latest), Seminole Hard Rock major events (book as soon as tickets go on sale), and Winterfest weekend (book by October), earlier is always better — and meaningfully cheaper. The moment your date is confirmed, that's the right time to get a quote.
Call 305-443-8831 or use the form — it takes about a minute and there's no obligation.
Popular Hollywood Party Bus Destinations
Hollywood's best venues — from oceanfront resort strips to a casino amphitheater to one of the state's most active performing arts parks — each come with their own logistics realities. Here's what actually matters for group transportation at the spots your guests are most likely heading to.

Hard Rock Live Hollywood
Hard Rock Live Hollywood (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is a 7,000-capacity indoor amphitheater inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino complex — one of the busiest entertainment venues in Florida. The casino property generates its own traffic independent of concert nights; when a major show overlaps with a casino busy period, Stirling Road between I-95 and State Road 7 can back up for a mile or more in both directions. Surface parking exists on the property's east side, but it's shared with the casino and hotel and fills early on concert nights.
A Hollywood charter bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance via the casino's main drop-off loop on Seminole Way, completely bypassing the parking scramble. Check the official Seminole Hard Rock parking and directions page for current event-night lot assignments before your visit. Phone: (954) 797-5555.

ArtsPark at Young Circle
ArtsPark at Young Circle (1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL 33020) is Hollywood's central public park and outdoor event venue — a 10-acre green space at the intersection of US-1 and Hollywood Boulevard that hosts the Hollywood Jazz Festival, outdoor movie screenings, holiday events, and Art and Culture Center programming year-round. The park has no dedicated parking structure of its own; attendees rely on metered street parking on Hollywood Boulevard and Young Circle, or the city-owned garages on South 20th Avenue. Both fill quickly when a major event is underway.
US-1 itself runs directly past the park but has no curbside staging — a bus drops your group on Hollywood Boulevard at the park's northern entrance and can stage on nearby side streets during the event. A minibus is the right size for most ArtsPark outings, with easy maneuverability through the downtown Hollywood grid. Address: 1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL 33020.
Phone: (954) 921-3500.

Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort
Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort (1111 N Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) sits directly on the Hollywood Broadwalk — the city's signature oceanfront promenade — and is one of the most in-demand event and wedding venues in South Florida. A1A (North Ocean Drive) runs as a two-lane road through this stretch with no shoulder and limited metered parking; on weekend nights and during high season (November through April), finding a spot within four blocks of the resort is genuinely unlikely.
A party bus drops the group at the resort's porte-cochère on N Ocean Dr and can stage along nearby side streets while the group is inside. For wedding guest shuttles between the Margaritaville and hotels further inland, a minibus on a timed loop is the cleanest solution. Phone: (954) 874-4444.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood
Beyond the concert venue, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) draws group visits for casino nights, special events, dining at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, and the Guitar Hotel pool complex. The property's sheer scale — it is one of the largest gaming resorts in the United States — means the surface and garage parking areas serve thousands of visitors simultaneously, and navigating back to your specific car after a long night is more of an adventure than most visitors plan for.
A party bus or charter bus rental eliminates that entirely: one pickup point, one staged vehicle, done. The Hard Rock property has space for oversized vehicles on the eastern side of the casino approach off Seminole Way. For groups connecting from FLL — about 7 miles north via I-95 — a Sprinter van is a clean, cost-effective fit.
Phone: 1-866-502-7529.

Diplomat Beach Resort
The Diplomat Beach Resort (3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) is a 1,000-room oceanfront resort and convention destination that hosts corporate conferences, wedding receptions, galas, and large private events in over 200,000 square feet of meeting space. The property sits at the southern end of Hollywood Beach on A1A — scenic, but logistically isolated. There's no major parking structure for event guests who aren't staying at the resort, and the A1A approach is a two-lane road that backs up during any concurrent beachfront event.
A Hollywood charter bus picks up corporate or wedding groups from Fort Lauderdale hotels or Miami offices and drops directly at the Diplomat's valet entrance on S Ocean Dr, completely avoiding the A1A parking situation. For multi-day conferences, a shuttle contract running between the Diplomat and FLL covers early-morning arrivals and late-evening departures on a repeating schedule. Call 305-443-8831 to set that up.
Phone: (954) 602-6000.

Bergeron Rodeo Grounds
Bergeron Rodeo Grounds (4201 Rodeo Way, Davie, FL 33314) — just over the Hollywood-Davie line — hosts the Southeastern Circuit Finals Rodeo and a full calendar of equestrian events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. The grounds sit along Davie Road in a semi-rural stretch where parking is surface-level and abundant on normal days — but during major rodeo weekends or outdoor music events, the access roads off Orange Drive and Davie Road can back up significantly as large crowds converge on a single entrance.
A charter bus from Hollywood drops the group at the main Bergeron entrance off Davie Road, and with large surface lots, oversized vehicles have no trouble finding staging space nearby. It's a particularly good fit for tailgate-style groups who want to arrive together. The Bergeron grounds are about 5 miles west of central Hollywood — an easy, straightforward haul.
